Rich Rudolph
President & COO
Rich Rudolph graduated in 1985 from Hillsdale College with a degree in Business Administration. As an active member of SNAC International and as the President of Rudolph Foods Company, the world’s largest manufacturer of pork rinds.
Rich has accumulated diverse experience in digital marketing, customer satisfaction, sales, and brand development. He has been active with the company since 1987 in sales management (1987-1995) and as VP of Sales and Marketing (1995-2004), as well as President and COO since 2004.
Prior to joining Rudolph Foods, Rich worked at Tom’s Foods Company as a Division Sales Representative. Today he remains very active in the leadership of RFC, guiding the global enterprise that it is today while also helping to position the company for the next generations.
Today, Rich remains passionate about RFC’s growth, as well as community – following in the footsteps of his father, who was dedicated to doing the right thing, supporting the local communities in which the business resides, and helping to make life better for those less fortunate. Rich now resides in Dallas, TX with his family.
