Jim Rudolph’s distinguished career began after graduating from Wittenberg University in 1984 with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Rudolph Foods, Jim worked at Red Seal Quality Foods in Denver and Crawford Foods Co. in Bowling Green, OH in operational and General Management roles.
For more than three decades, Jim has served as the CEO of Rudolph Foods Company, the world’s largest manufacturer of pork rinds. Jim has accumulated a diverse array of experiences since joining the company in 1987, and through this expertise, he has helped to grow the company into a multi-brand snack food leader, touting such well-known brands as, Southern Recipe Pork Rinds, Southern Recipe Small Batch Pork Rinds, Pepe’s and Lee’s Pork Rinds.
Today, Jim remains passionate about Rudolph Foods growth, country music, and the community at large – following in the footsteps of his father, who was dedicated to doing the right thing, supporting the local communities in which the business resides, and helping to make life better for those less fortunate. Today, Jim resides in Lima, Ohio with his family.
